Cancellation Policy

1. You may request to cancel your order placed on Pest Reject (https://pestreject.in) within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@pestreject.in.
2. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of placing the order will not be accepted. Also, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

1. Please note that Pest Reject does not offer refunds for any orders placed on our website.
2. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, and if the cancellation request is approved, the order amount will be refunded as store credit/coupon code, which can be used for future purchases on Pest Reject.
3. If you face any issues with your order or receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue, offering replacements, or providing store credit as deemed appropriate.
4. Store credit / Coupon code cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

Exceptions

1. In rare cases where Pest Reject is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund to the customer.
2. In case of fraudulent activities or suspicious transactions, Pest Reject may cancel the order and initiate appropriate actions, including but not limited to reporting the incident to relevant authorities.
